Director
Allan Holmes is an experienced corporate adviser, company director and governance professional with almost five decades of experience spanning corporate finance, accounting, capital markets, board governance and strategic advisory.
His career has included work with public and private companies in Australia and internationally, together with extensive board-level and financial oversight responsibilities.
Allan brings particular experience across corporate strategy, transaction structuring, capital matters, governance and engagement with boards, shareholders, financiers and professional advisers.
Peter Bellomo

Peter Bellomo is a senior financial-services, capital-markets, governance, risk and corporate-advisory executive with more than four decades of professional experience.
His career spans banking and finance, domestic and international capital markets, corporate strategy, risk management, compliance and governance.
Peter has held senior institutional financial-market roles including General Manager — International Capital Markets at the Treasury Corporation of Victoria and Deputy General Manager of the Victorian Public Authorities Finance Agency.
He brings Carbine a strong institutional perspective across capital structure, funding, transaction assessment, governance, risk and execution.
